This restaurant is a staple in the Toronto food scene. I have been going there for over 30 years and I have never once been disappointed….Never. It’s been so great that I recently just had my wedding there which I will remember as being the best day. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL, the GM cares in a way that you feel it. Regardless what you eat it will be expertly served and delicious. Thank you to the team on site you are all magnificent.

I recently visited this restaurant and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel really comfortable. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, you can clearly see the quality and the effort behind every dish. The only small downside is that the portions are a bit on the smaller side for the price, so it does feel a little expensive. But if you’re looking for great flavors, a nice ambiance, and a refined dining experience, it’s definitely worth trying. I would still recommend it!

We visited Auberge du Pommier for dinner. The food was quite delicious, though it was a busier night so service was a bit slow. The Vichyssoise was excellent. Salmon was okay. Braised Short Rib was pretty good but the star was the Pommes Anna. The Blueberry Vanilla Cheesecake was the perfect final touch to the meal. The parking was a little bit confused at first, but they have a section specifically for Auberge patrons to park at. Make sure you get your ticket validated before leaving! Overall it was a good experience. Definitely a restaurant for a special occasion.

A really charming, upscale French restaurant with a fancy vibe. The service was truly exceptional, attentive without being over the top. Their steak was outstanding. I honestly don’t think you can find a steak of this quality anywhere else in Toronto. And the wine selection deserves its own praise. Their French wines are unique and beautifully curated. I personally enjoyed every moment of my experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try at least once

We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional lunch experience we enjoyed at Auberge du Pommier. Our group of twelve gathered to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday, and the afternoon could not have been more memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the elegance of the setting — a perfect blend of charm and refinement. The service was gracious and attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and each dish was beautifully prepared, showcasing both culinary artistry and thoughtful presentation. We’re truly grateful for the care and excellence your team brought to every detail of this special occasion. One small note: we were instructed to park underground and directed to turn left upon entry. It appeared there were reserved spaces for Auberge du Pommier guests, which we appreciated. However, we were surprised to learn that parking required payment for lunch service. As we understand it, dinner guests are not required to pay for parking, so this distinction was unexpected. It didn’t detract from our overall experience, but I thought it might be helpful to mention, as guests may benefit from knowing this in advance.

A restaurant with history as rich as its flavors—every dish was exquisite, artfully presented, and served in a warm, inviting atmosphere. The Winterlicious menu was not only a feast for the palate but also for the eyes, enhanced by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. These photos are from my very first visit, an experience so memorable that it has since become my go-to place for anniversaries and special occasions. Truly one of the finest modern French restaurants in North York.

Anniversary shenanigans..Wonderful dining experience at Auberge du Pommier . A fine dining experience that blends traditional French with North American influences.Their philosophy being use of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create dishes that respect tradition while embracing modern techniques. We savoured various Amouche bouche to begin with. Our mains were the Atlantic salmon, celeriac rémoulade, kale, cider beurre blanc And a perfectly grilled rib eye, sourdough crumble, pomme quenelle, broccolini, red wine jus. Saving the best for last were the Chocolat hazelnut, praline ice cream A Black Forest gateaux And assorted petit fours. Quite easily a very fine and memorable dining experience as always. Wonderful and attentive staff that made our celebrations a delightful one.

Auberge du Pommier never disappoints! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warm, elegant hospitality that makes you feel truly special. The restaurant’s charming French countryside atmosphere, combined with its refined decor, sets the perfect tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish is beautifully presented and full of flavor — refined yet comforting. The lunch menu is thoughtfully curated, and each course feels like a delightful journey through French cuisine. The service is impeccable — attentive without being intrusive, and the staff are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Whether it’s for a special occasion or simply to indulge in a remarkable meal, Auberge du Pommier continues to set the standard for fine dining in Toronto. Highly recommended!
